Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

In a match against a Pig, survivors that were downed stayed on the ground while being carried or would stand still if grabbed from a locker. Also depending on the angle you would try to save then the prompt you got was to heal them insted of unhooking. For the survivor hooked the location of the hook would appear to be the same you had been downed.
