PC - Steam - Twins Shack Pallet Stun Issue

Step 1 : Boot the game.
Step 2 : Play as The Twins in a public match.
Step 3 : In-game, have a chase lead to shack and have the Survivor stand on the outside side of the pallet and Charlotte stand on the inside side of the pallet.
Step 4: Have Survivor drop shack pallet at the same time that Charlotte unbinds Victor.
The perspective had not fully changed from Charlotte to Victor at the time of the stun. When the perspective went back to Charlotte, Charlotte was unable to move in any capacity. Charlotte was also unable to attack or break pallet. Map was Grim Pantry, Toy Sword and Cat's Eye add-ons used.
