Some drawbacks to his power are just way too much and makes it very frustrating to play him against semi-good players and higher tiers.
I think you should revert the change were his lacceration meter regresses after only 10 seconds.
And I also feel like you should reduce the required dagger hits to 25 to activate the main event. Or you change the main event so that he stays at 4.4 m/s. I'm fine with either one but for now Ripper Brace is still his best addon. Like when you buffed The Wraith back then when he got a base kit Windstorm. The Windstorm addon was still his best bc he was still way too slow in his power.
The weird thing that he now has only 44 knives is fine by me. You have to improve your aim, it moderates his spam/slow down potential.
