PC- Unable to interact with anything all game.

I was playing as Jake against a ghost face and from the moment I spawned in I was unable to interact with anything, I couldn't do gens, couldn't unhook, couldn't drop pallets, even after the killer downed and hooked me i wasn't able to do anything until my second hook where I was able to do skill checks but after that I was unable to do anything again.
Video linked will show a chunk of the gameplay as once I realised there was an issue I started recording.
