PC- oni bug catchin survivor

i was playing Oni when a survivor tried to unhook someone else. I was in range to grab and so i did but instead of grabing I use demon strike while my power wasn't on and I downed both of them. The survivor who I tried to grab was also my obsession
I played oni with the perks : rancor, stridor, deerstalker and spies from the shadows. I played on the map Rancid Abatooir from coldwind farm. This is the first time I have seen the bug.
