PC and Console - Survivor and killer got stuck in area in Dead Dawg Saloon for entire game

So my friends and I were playing DBD. And my friend tried to cleanse the totem underneath the gallows. She was unable to cleanse it and got stuck in there for the entire match. Eventually the Doctor got to her and he couldn't grab her. He managed to down and grab someone else but then also got stuck in that area. He couldn't get out for the entire duration of the match.
It seems that location glitches anyone that goes there.
