MacMillan Estate - Ironworks of Misery - 3 man gen can't be repaired from one side

Issue: A 3man gen that spawns near the killer shack and the exit gate in the jungle gym can't be repaired from the side that is faced towards the barrel. You can stand in front of that side, but the prompt for repairing doesn't pop up as shown in the picture:
