I've managed to do this as well, it's not a ping issue.

You can, as a Killer, attack left, the animation for it finish look to your right at where the person actually is and the attack will still go through on both sides.

Yes, but it's still an issue, IDK what to do about that FPS Issue, you can see my FPS in the clip it's above 60 but Medal doesn't record DBD Properly for some reason

You should probably change your replay program and instead upload to Youtube or Twitch, that looks terrible, given that you use filters it's even more headache inducing.

This is about hit validation, if the hit goes through in the killers screen the hit should down you unless the they're lag switching, which this killer wasn't and honestly dedicated servers fixed that a while ago. You either ran that game over 150ms, the killer didn't have a good connection to the server or both happened that game.

Also if you're gonna claim you've done this as well, provide some footage on both sides for it, don't just upload a 15fps clip with super bright filters to help you see things better because basegame isn't just good enough. That just looks like you got hit through a f*ckton of lag.

This is just how it looks from the survivors side, the killer swung and hit you where the server displayed you, this is intended
