Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I was playing a match with friends as leon against a trickster. from water tower to a house across the road, i got stuck inside a bush or part of the house and was constantly teleporting back to that spot even when using deadhard or being put into the dying state. Don't know if the killing picking me up and putting me down would ahve unstuck me due to being instantly hooked once i was found in that situation.
