Franklin's demise is now depleting items before they disappear. So if you go back to it as a survivor before the time is up your item has become practically useless

That’s an intended change from the Resident Evil chapter. The items never disappear, but they do deplete. Survivors may not be able to use the item once depleted, but at least you have a chance to still escape with it and keep it for your next game.

It's intended. Franklins has been changed again.
Keys can not be used to open hatch. When they are depleted.

the only reason the buffed franklins is so that , flashgrenades and vaccines dont dissapear, i hope they reverse it after they figure that out
