PC - Constant cackling/summon entity sounds around hooks even when no one is hooked

- Enter match
- Walk near hook
- Hear weird sound
- Go crazy looking for a lit totem that doesn't exist
- Listen more carefully
- Realize it is a bug with the hooks and that the sound is coming from them.
It happens in every match, even before the killer hooks anyone.
