Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Losing a pip every time I load DBD

Played a game last night, failed to start due to someone not loading in, now every time I’ve loaded the game since I have lost 1 pip, totalling 5, from rank 2 to rank 3. No idea why this is happening to my account. It is only my survivor rank being affected. I am on Xbox and on European servers.
Not sure if this is relevant at all but I was playing as Steve and solo queuing, just incase it’s some strange specific bug. Would really appreciate any help as I’m fairly new so worked quite hard to get to rank 2, I know most players don’t care about it these days but I still think it’s unfair
