Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
PC - Issue with movement speed

I am stuck in a slow moving sprint/walk
Any character and seems to also affect killers.
Sprint/Walking i am outpaced by any survivor.
I have attempted full reboot/hardware unplug/ contoller vs keyboard/ full uninstall and reinstall.
Steam Version of the game and Windows version.
Windows 11
rtx 3090/ ryzen 5900x
Updated I removed Game Mode in my BIOS off and it seems to have resolved the issue.
