Infinite Sprint Burst after Lithe

After I used Lithe ONCE and in relation to deathslinger hitting me after being in deep wounds- infinite speed boost.

I honestly had no idea whether to exit the game, let myself be killed or what. All I can say is, as a killer main, I wouldn't actually wish it upon anyone to have an unfair advantage like this.
Curious to know if anyone else has had this bug before.
A part of me is worried of being reported and getting reprimanded in some shape or form but I promise you I have done nothing wrong.
