Survivors stop leaving blood trail on stairs

Platform - Steam.

Survivors literally stop bleeding when they go upstairs. They start bleeding again on a flat surface after a while.

This bug threw me off several times now.

First time when I was controlling Victor, following a blood trail that suddenly stopped at the base of a staircase.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the map when it happened the second time, but I was playing as Victor and it wasn't Hawkins.

The third time I was The Legion on Hawkins Lab again, the same staircase (see footage). In that video, there is only one injured survivor (Claudette), and her blood trail just cuts off, then appears again, as if she phased all that distance. Her perks were Self Care, Botany Knowledge, and Empathy.

I had Sloppy Butcher in all of those games.

Strangely, after leaving the staircase survivors only start bleeding after a few seconds.

I didn't want to report it until it started happening repeatedly.
