Stuck on infinite loading screen

Playing on PS5 and loading into match, at first I thought someone had disconnected. Three minutes passed until I realised I was stuck on the loading screen, reported this when I was waiting a further 5 minutes.
The loading bar had filled so it was ready to start but the dead by daylight tally symbol keeps lighting up so it's not frozen
