New Chapter Release Ideas

When you're releasing a new chapter, put it on the store early and let people pre-order it. When the update releases there's a lot of people confused about when the chapter comes out, when can they buy it, for a few hours after the release, this would make it simpler for people to understand. it'd also let people budget and buy the chapter more easily.
Another idea is to let people pre-load the chapter before it officially releases. when a chapter releases, at least on steam, it can take hours for it to install. idk if this is possible for dlc, but it'd be a very nice feature to play the chapter as soon as it releases.
Not sure how feasible these are, but it would be really nice change.
