Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

Ps4 but I've seen it happen on all platforms.
When in phase spirit cannot hear footsteps.
It happens every phase.
It wasn't in the patch notes so I'm sure this is a bug.
