Some Of My Characters Became Locked

These characters: The Spirit, Kate Denson, Adam Francis

the levels of my characters consisted of:

Adam- level 45

Kate- level 45

The Spirit- level 50

These characters have suddenly become locked, months after I have played these characters and levelled up them up.

I noticed this when:

Step 1:i booted the game,

step2: I looked at the character selection board in “Play as killer” and noticed these characters had suddenly become locked and I couldn’t play them (as if I had never owned them)

I bought all of their teachables when I still had them, and I still have them on my other characters.

I hope these serve as some sort of evidence lf me owning these characters and them being level 45/50.
