Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

This is still a thing. First time I got it in Hawkins against Nemesis.
If it helps, I can upload a recording, but I only started recording after it happened. I was healthy when it happened but I don't remember which window exactly it was.
