Step 1: play as any survivor
step 2: set pyramid head as the killer
step 3: get sent to the cage of atonement
step 4: get rescued
step 5: notice how the heart is beating at its max until the killer’s terror radius appears again
(This was right after I got rescued and feng just got hooked so he was on the other side of the map)
