Description: Somethimes after escaping your med-kit just dissapeared for no reason
Steps to reproduce: Equip a Med-kit as survivor, survive with it in your hand, check your character in the lobby, notice the med-kit is not in your hand, check the inventory and notice is not here...
How often does this occur: randomly. 2 times today.
