Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
Hatch can be found before it spawns

A survivor messaged me after a game and said they knew where hatch was before it spawned because they "floated" on top of it while they were running. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures or video to back this up but it should definitely be looked into when the team has a chance.
