Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
PS4 - Flashbang missing scoring events

Before the hotfix I was getting points for blinding killer, dropping flashbang outside killer radius for disturbance, or dropping flashbang by Wraith to burn him. Today when I should have received scoring events for any of those nothing pops up. For blinding killers they were not running anything to counter being blinded and I could tell based on their movements they were blinded by the flashbang.
Steps to recreate
1. Public match on ps4, crossplay off. Equip flashbang.
2. Use Flashbang to cause scoring event for Disturbance, Killer Blind, or Killer Burn.
