Fellow Killers, Just be Nice Every Once and a While

Well, I complimented a Nemesis today (gg Sincerely good Nemesis play), and he told me to go ######### myself and that (even when I said “no, I’m being genuine, it was a good tough match”) that all survivors are toxic. So…I tried.

I feel ya. I've had it happen to me as well, but guess what? I still don't let those comments get to me. I will still show the rest of the community that there's still good people left. What happens in this game is just a vicious cycle of toxicity; you do me dirty, I'll do you dirty. Rinse and repeat. I won't fall into that cycle myself.

And I definitely don’t blame the killer. I’m sure they probably have run up against 1000 other survivors that were just ######### to them. So, I hope they get more matches where people sincerely complement them and they can start to believe it.

what do you mean by,,offered themself'', killer can hook them or they just want to be killed?
okay so you're helping killer with doing archive challanges, one guy at least.
doing totems is helping other survivors. tbagging isn't making killer lose. I think it helps killer when you're unhooking in front of him. Bt is useful if killer is camping or if you're unhooking in front of him, you're not doing that. ds is now fair. dh is unfair but not op.
leaving the trail as soon as all survivors are safe is helping your teammates more than killer.
you can give killer a free hit if he's loosing but you're doing that already. you one a few more people, only you, no one else. Killers needs to play nice because a few survivors play nice? Yeah I'm playing nice and I'm giving hatch etc. but if someone wants to camp me then he can, this is his playstyle.

I recently had a Meyers carry me around the map for maybe two minutes until he found the hatch. He then dropped away from it so I had a good view as he closed the hatch. Nice guy.

When I play on Ghostface or Pig a lot of times survivors will destroy me, I will sometimes play like crap intentionally just to depip (But make it look like I'm trying. You know bad slugs, suddenly 'losing' survivors and acting blind, wiffing attacks.) You would not believe the amount of people that despite getting everyone out will tea bag, flashlight click and wait at the exit despite the timer going down until I see them brag about their success. Many survivors will even hunt me down just to remind me I'm #########.
My rule of thumb is if people play nice when I'm on a failing killer, I'll play nice if they're having a bad time.
Not once has a survivor given me a free kill because they pity me. Not once have they ever decided, 'Nah I don't need these 5000 bloodpoints.' It just never happens. At best they will drop their item behind as a show of respect.
Why should I give the hatch, if survivors wouldn't do the same for me?
I mean I will give the hatch depending on my mood, but there is a stark stark contrast between what the survivors are expected to give versus what the killer is. I don't even know that I've ever seen survivors told to give the killer a free sacrifice if you're destroying them.
Maybe I might make that thread... Hmm.

It's not the Killers job to be nice, and by the looks of it most people who play Killer were nice until they got fed up with the constant disrespect from toxic/entitled Survivors.
So tell Survivors to start being nice instead and you will see the game get better overall.

Yeah, i mean those survivors wait at the exit gates, and when the killer comes, they point to the hook and run there, and allow the killer to sacrifice them. I also saw 2 people doing that, hooktrading so the killer gets a decent number of hits.
However, we should not forget that this screws the kill/escape statistics, and thats one of the metrics the devs balance the game around.
