SBMM sucks the fun out of the game.
I've never seen more steamrolls than I have within the last few days. On survivor you either escape in 4 mins or less, or get curb stomped with no gens done. On killer, if I get a semi-competent team (i.e. most games at my mmr) the gens fly and then I feel forced to tunnel and camp just to have a chance.
All the fun is gone. All the silliness is gone. Playing in a way such that everyone has fun is impossible. Playing any lower tier killer is an auto loss without scumminess. Playing any killer without the most optimal perk loadout is just an invitation to get bullied.
I sincerely hope that this isn't the future of DBD, because I love this game, but SBMM may force me out, and it's really bumming me out.

Same experience here with SBMM being uneven as hell. On certain killers, I can pretty much guarantee a 4K every game while on others, I get the most sweat drenched SWF depip squads around. And there's no reason as to why SBMM does that per killer, as I get the hardest survivors on my worst killers but the more potato squads on my best killers.
On survivor, it's just wall to wall disconnects by teammates leading to a loss, a killer facecamping from the first hook, a super killer that's 4King at 5 gens each time, or in 1 out of ten games, a stomp by our survivor team.
On either side, there's none of this "2 kills, 2 escapes" goal the devs were aiming for. It's just a stomp either way.

maybe they meant 2 kills, 2 escapes on avarage?
So one game you stomp them for 4k and then they stomp you for 4 escapes. Balanced.
