Waiting time in lobby suggestion: Bayonetta/Overwatch style

So with MMR making some peoples que times outrageously long why not implement a passive system while waiting where players can either play around a map without objectives (possibly the ability not to get downed) while people are added or removed into real games (Overwatch style)
or we could have single players join into rooms similar to the tutorial as either the survivor or killer where they can just practice moves and their knowledge of whatever map their waiting in (Bayonetta style)
I know the code is definitely not built to support this but if we're going to have long que times going forward I think it'd be worth implementing so players don't quit from 15+ minutes of waiting screen. At least with either route you're actively doing something instead of passively sitting there.
