Found a totem last night that can't be reached in game

So I was playing with some friends last night and just happened to be searching for totems in Lery's when I found this totem that none of us could reach no matter how much we wiggled, crouched, and positioned ourselves. Funnily enough the killer was running noed and it happened to spawn on the very totem in question. I've attatched some screenshots here so hopefully nobody else runs into this, and maybe it'll even be fixed.
