It occurs all the time
To reproduce just play a game on my console or on any other platform that has suffered the same issue for months now.
35 starting Value
101 Survivors Healed
80 Safe Hook Rescues
60 Unhooked Survivors
-80 Hooked Survivors
All i get for that is a silver emblem. Used to be that 2 safe unhook and 2 full heals gets you irridescent but no longer. You need all 6 safe unhook aswell as 15+ full heals to get it. Making one of the older challenges to get 3 irri benevolent emblems almost impossible
