Rework or remove Haddonfield
This map is trash, it's gargabe, I don't even know what it is, it's been up for literally 4-5 years and it's STILL NOT REWORKED OR REMOVED. COME ON BHVR, OMFG

Actually I've heard alot of killers feel this way. I personally hate it which is sad because I'm a huge Halloween fan.

Please people, PLEASE, I'm begging you, stop with the calls to remove stuff. I don't know when this community is going to realize that just because someone hates something it doesn't mean that it should be unceremoniously snatched away from everyone who doesn't, just to appease "one side".
Rework, fine. Rebalance, sure. Some tweaking and alterations, fine, whatever. The celebration of Hawkins being pulled from the game? The (predicted) bandwagon effect of people now calling for more things to be pulled? It's ridiculous and selfish.

Honestly, I really like Haddonfield. Of all the maps, this one reminds me most of the movie. Plus I think it's pretty cool that there's so many inside/outside locations. And its one of the more unique. It's not a nameless "outdoor" place.

Ehh, it's not my favorite Map, but I'd much rather get Haddonfield over Midwich any day of the week. I've been a broken record about it on the forums last few days, but I can not stand Midwich for either side in this game.

Yeah I seriously agree with this, rebalancing and reworking Haddonfield is the way to go. The map has potential to be good, I like the design of it. Sadly, it suffers from being horribly unbalanced.

Haddonfield is alright gameplay-wise but it looks just terrible. It looks cartoony and underwhelming, while it should be an eerie neighbourhood. BHVR should rework how it looks.

In all honesty, if you fixed some of the almost infinite combos by simply removing a window and changed the hedges a bit it could be ok. It's playable at the moment but not a ton of fun.

I have to admit that I usually don't do especially well on it if I'm playing as killer, and as survivor I've found that I have a somewhat more frequent win rate than on other maps. The established maps I typically see people complain about are this one, Lery's and Midwich, but in my anecdotal Midwich is always a 50/50 tossup and I do worse on Lery's than I'd like to regardless of which role I play. So, yes, in my (again, anecdotal) experience I'd say that Haddonfield is the one I can agree is in need of more balancing.
To me the problem is that the generators have the potential to be so haphazardly spread out, with some upstairs on one side of the map and some downstairs on the other side of the map, and survivors able to creep in on any of them from multiple directions and then hide around corners, in lockers, or even on balconies and then hop right back out to finish them as soon as you feverishly run from one to the next. Then you add in the fences and yeah, I can see why a lot of killers perceive the map as basically a multi-level obstacle course. There's no real area control, killers have to be really rushing hard back and forth across the map at all times and it generally comes down more to protecting than pressuring. It's pretty challenging.
So again, yeah, I'd be alright with Haddonfield being tweaked. Not removed. NEVER removed. But tweaked.

I actually love Midwich dearly, not just because I'm a Silent Hill fan but because I love the layout. It's simple but effective: A big ring of corridors with lots of side rooms and a huge open area in the middle. It's very unique. I do about as well (and / or poorly, lol) regardless of which side I'm playing. More importantly though, in my experience it's rarely ever a slaughter. It's usually a competitive, back and forth, more strategic match for me than anything like Autohaven or most of Macmillan's, where the goal always seems to just genrush. In Midwich both sides have to cover a lot of ground and do a lot of exploring, and I like that.

They wouldnt ever remove haddonfield, it is a licensed map, they should rework it though its awful with the big walls and such.

I’ve won on this map, is it perfect? No. Could it use a rework? Yes.
We are lacking in the map department as it is, I don’t think removing something should even be in the cards.

Haddonfield definitely needs it's upcoming REWORK, but calling for the removal of things is just... unhelpful, to put it nicely.

It's only hard as killer if the survivors have 10000 hours in the game and know all the god loops there, otherwise they die one after another like flies since if you don't know the secrets of the god loops - you are doomed to die around a car or under the bushes somewhere.

Haddonfield is fine; most of you complaining are just bad at the game and echo some YouTuber.
I enjoy playing it as the killer, and it's really not bad at all beyond Dead Hard going through specific railings.
