New Licensed Killer Idea: Left 4 Dead AI Director

The Director from Left 4 Dead. Killer menu icon can be a black wisp. The end-game killer that’s running through the field can just be nothing, implying it’s invisible or omnipresent. Or one of the special infected.

You control an invisible presence with ~200% move speed. It can't directly interact with survivors, but can spawn a small swarm of Left 4 Dead Zombies (4 or 5 zombies) that have to spawn in close proximity to the survivors, but cannot spawn in line of sight. You can control the horde, which only slows survivors but does not interrupt (addons can give special common, like sunglasses or a helmet or ear protectors), and get a random special infected to control as the player with limits after so many hits or interactions from the horde. All special infected die after using their power, regardless of if it lands or not.

Boomer: A timer increases amount of vomit you to spawn more zombies that automatically spawn for you. Secondary: explode to stun and incapacitate.

Hunter: Just leap at people and pin them. Can go over pallets and through windows.

Smoker: Move people off whatever they’re doing. Basically Slinger.

Tank: rare mutation, can’t be stunned but can’t down after being hit by a pallet or flash blinded. Cannot go through windows, faster pallet break, and is slow. 110%. Despawns 6 seconds after leaving chase. Can severely displace survivors by knocking them VERY far away.

Addons by what their main purpose is:

- Add Spitter: Plague but faster stacking damage and can hit the ground; can’t hit objects

- Add Jockey: Victor, but can control players and hurt them if falling from far enough or after successfully completing so many skill checks

+ Survivors can remove The Jockey

- Add Charger: Basically Blight but can pin survivors. If they hit a wall, they take damage. If not, they get snared and must complete extremely difficult skill checks to not lose a health state.

+ Basically blight, but gets one dash, and can grab.

Perks:

Restless:

The survivors are always on high alert. The undead do not rest and are relentless

- Exhaustion perks take twice as long to recover, but gain 1.3% effectiveness.

Hex: 1000 Cuts

Every time a Survivor is dealt a non-lethal blow from the killer, they gain 5% slow for all interactions, to a maximum of 15% for 15 seconds. Then, they reduce by 3% every 20 seconds. When they reduce to 0%, or maintains 15% for 60 seconds, the survivor has an immunity to Hex: 1000 Cuts for 80 seconds.

Scourge Hook: Lethargy

When a survivor is placed on Scourge Hook: Lethargy, they become hexed. They are unable to complete generators, and prevent other survivors working on the same generator from completing generators, past 90/60/40%, and for 8/14/20 seconds after leaving the generator. There is no indicator given to The Killer.
