Low graphics in xbox one

When loading the game, all the textures are low and it looks pixelated, the racoon city map does not have textures as if it were the Mobile game, the characters from time to time get pixelated their clothes, the generators have no textures and are distorted when turn the camera, all this on the xbox platform, I don't know if this problem also happens on other consoles.
