It's about Executioner's special attact speed

Sorry, but, did you slowdown Executioner's special attack speed?
Executioner is a attractive killer, but he is not kind to be used easily.
When I play him, I feel that his special attack action not as fast as before, there fore, i come for asking.
I think Executioner can be stronger more, he is kind weak know.
