ある者にとっては悪魔、またある者にとっては天使。ピンヘッドは快楽と苦痛の果てなきスリルをはじめ、さらなる体験の領域を追求する。別次元へのカギとなる「ルマルシャンの箱」というパズルボックスがエンティティの世界で見つかった時、それが好奇心に満ちた手中に落ちるのは時間の問題でしかなかった。その箱が開かれた時、彼はやって来た。そしてその次に訪れたのは、領域じゅうに溢れる甘美な苦しみだった。
