Last Survivor Suicide once downed

I've had a lot of games where the killer downs the last survivor and just stands over them and shakes their head or runs around for 5 minutes. When you have teams and everyone has to wait, its a total pain. I feel like, once the last survivor gets downed they should be able to kill themselves after 10 seconds of just lying on the ground. If the killer picks them up and drops, them, they should just be able to abort that second if they want to.
