I recorded this bug 1 week ago (approximately).
Map: Treatment Theatre (Léry's Memorial Institute)
Killer: The Ghost Face
Perks: APPROXIMATE BUTCHER, CURSE: RUIN, I'AM ALL EARS and SHIVERING TREMORS
Accessories: KNIFE HOLSTER FOR BELT and LEATHER KNIFE HOLSTER
Offer: ARDENT SPOTTED OWL WREATH
Frequency of the issue: Only in this map and only in that side of the generator.
I don't know how to reproduce the bug.
