Plague Body Blocking

Why is it a thing that plague can body block you into somewhere and you're still not able to get through, AFTER you've been broken by her vomit? All killers, once they get a hit on you, you're able to untrap yourself..

    Some killers are more effective at punishing survivors who get themselves stuck in little cubbies. Either chainsaw killer will down you, as will Trapper just putting a trap on top of you, all while body blocking you in.
