Pallets not working

Do pallets not rescue teammates off the killer anymore? It’s happened multiple times to me and my buddies over the past couple weeks. We get the killer stun points and everything but doesn’t save the teammate. There has been a couple instances with flash lights as well. I know those are a little more to do with timing and that’s fine but the pallets are starting to get on my nerves.

it works, you just need timing. I pallet saved and flashlight saved my friend multiple times a few days ago. (however I'm sometimes straight up not getting the option to throw down the pallet or vault a window when in a chase)
