Wouldn't he still have access to his megalunge in his base-kit and super speed with windstorm though? Don't you want him to be 4.4m/s as well as have his buffs reverted?

He's just the flavor of the month for the nerf brigade. He has become more annoying, only because it seems like all the tunneling Freddy players have switched to Wraith and it does get tiresome do face, over and over.

Personally, I despise Wraith because I find the 99.9% of wraith matches so dull and repetitive. The add-ons are always the same and I'm still surprised he's still a stealth killer considering all the other ones either move the same or slower *cough *cough Amanda.
Most wraiths from my experience have a tendency to camp or tunnel even at the beginning of the game. That's why my SWF and I immediately start sweating the second we notice the killer is a Wraith. We're just so fed up with Wraith and his lackluster content that he can bring in a match. Heck, even plague matches tend to be more interesting.

If by fun and fair you mean people will stop playing him and when they do he gets bullied the yes. But for real he doesn't need a revert maybe a tweak on windstorm but other than that he's like a b teir killer

He's the new Freddy. Low skill, high reward, very strong addons.

Just bring healing perks or medkits, I guarantee you will be able escape consistently versus Wraith unless you have awful teammates and/or get a trash map like RPD.

He is fair to play against, and most killers are not fun to play against and get labelled "boring"
People just hate him for the same reason they hate Blight, he's everywhere and everyone is playing him. If everyone was playing slugging Oni, they'd be just as up in arms. The biggest difference is it doesn't take much effort for a mediocre Wraith to stomp mediocre survivors, but mediocre survivors will stomp mediocre Oni's, or Huntress, or Deathslinger's; killers far more unfair and unfun, but far less common and skilled. Nerf his speed? The whole reason they buffed him was reliance on addons and 0 map pressure, or you could see him coming.
Maybe when SBMM comes along you'll have an easier time with people at your skill level, though
