Allow killer addons to be purchased directly with BP via unlocks with prestige.

The idea is simple. First is unlock the cap on prestige and allow for as high of a level as needed. After a minimum required prestige rank, lets say 3 as an example, you unlock a secondary shop option within the bloodweb that allows you to directly purchase addons at the same or a slightly modified BP cost.

The tier of addons available for direct purchase is based on your prestige. So when you first unlock the shop you have brown addons, maybe another 2 prestige ranks later you get yellow, 3 more unlocks green, 4 more unlocks purple, and 5 more unlocks pink. Just as an example.

This allows players to consistently pick and play with their favorite builds. Sometimes killers need their addons to be good, other times there are niche addon choices that allow players to play a fun off meta build, both are constricted by the limitation of addon RNG. Unlike survivors killers are also heavily focused around this. Survivors will always remain fine without bringing an item, but a killer will feel drastically different and often times weak without their addons. In some cases the addons are more important than even their choice of perks. Yes, out of the gate this could introduce balance issues. Some killers do have optimal addon builds that make them significantly stronger. However giving them the consistency to use that build whenever they want but taking the opportunity to balance that build out is a much better system than letting it remain strong but be limited by RNG like it currently is.

As it currently stands the bloodpoint economy doesn't support using the standard blood web to get whatever you want whenever you want. Even if you get to prestige 3 and get the supposed increased luck in the bloodweb you're often never guaranteed to get the addons of your choosing in a single one. And to roll a single bloodweb often costs on average around 70 thousand. So in order to consistently stay stocked on the addons you want you'd need to consistently end on a perfect score of 32 thousand and then have BBQ & Chili to double that. Then you need to hope that your current web has the addons you want. Then you get to use that addon for another game and have to repeat the process of getting a perfect game, with BBQ, and hoping that the new bloodweb has it again That's just impractical.

The reason I'm suggesting this is because personally I enjoy doing weird builds. One of my favorites has always been pallet breaker wraith for instance, even before the buffs. This option would allow me to play my builds as much as I want without sifting through bloodwebs waiting for my addons to appear like a crackhead looking for his next fix. Thanks for reading.
