Still doesn't change what's wrong with it. Easy 1 tap and facecamp to death even if you played horrible. Just require 6 Hook States for it to activate

Youre right, the difference is they dont have nearly as strong of an effect and impact as noed does

Not really. Its like killers have to work much more harder than survivor. I wouldn't mind a noed rework once survivors second chance perks get rework as well.
