Dead dawg offering broken?

HI!
I put tree time in a row a dead dawg offering and it was always an other map.
The match after those 3, i didn't put this offer but a survivor did.
And we still was on another map.
Is there a problem with this map?

The map is disabled due to issues until the next patch.

Dead Dawg Saloon, The Game and Blood Lodge are disabled until the Pinhead Chapter launches

This is what I don't get: Game and the Saloon are single map offerings. They had no problem disabling the RCPD offering to not have people waste it. Why have people waste these?

Devs could tell us that in the game news beside of always showing only new cosmetics.
Look like they care more about cosmetics than bugs.
