Suggestions for the filter

It's possible I am mistaken, but I've come across a handful of filtered words that don't have any clear indication on why they're filtered. There needs to be some kind of a system to vote currently banned words off the list, or a complete list of what is banned and why so we can understand what's up.
Ultimately, I'm salty I can't salute in end-game chat. "o7" and I don't understand why it's filtered. lmao
