The puppet cosmetic has had items broken for over 2 months, and holds everything at a weird angle. This breaks flashlights, shing the light at an awkward angle. This is highly inconvent and ruins ashs puppet.

I've posted about this a few times and they've acknowledged it months ago, but total silence since then.
Of course they still sell it at full price without any warning anywhere lol
