Red glyph Rift challenge bug

Platform: PC

Description of the issue: I got my fourth red glyph in a match. Although the challenge wasn't completed, the game said I have no challenge selected. When I went into the challenges, it indicated it was already selected. Video evidence here: https://youtu.be/7qxmkSiac0U

Steps to reproduce (if possible): Complete a match with this challenge partially completed, and see if it says you have a challenge selected when you're back in the menu.

How often does this occur: First time I've noticed.

    I encounter this too, everytime i start the game up.

    I also wanna add here that it also happens when you died in a match and spectate until the last one escapes. I didnt try leaving spectator so i dont know if it happens like that too.
