Not getting adept even after meeting its requirements

I've twice now got a 4k (no mori) as the wraith with 4 iridenscents after the match and not been given adept wraith. This is very frustrating and it'd be nice if I could actually get the achievement.
My Game logs are attatched to prove that I met the requirements and as seen in the snip of my steam page the achievement is still locked.
