Forced DC and menu bug when loaded back into the game

Step 1 : Heal in a game as Survivor
Step 2 : Force DC brought me back to menu
Step 3 : Don't exit game, wait until error message passes
Step 4 : Menu with no UI or sound pops up, exiting still possible
After reopening the game, all returns to normal.

Did you get a penalty for this forced DC ? Sometimes, I didn't have a penalty bc the game shutdown too suddenly to be considered as a game's leave...
