Map name doesn't appear at the start

When you load in a game as a survivor or a killer the map an me at the bottom doesn't appear. This happens with every map. I knew that you can see the name of the map to the setting but ......

When this hapens to me I also hear the item depleted sound as well.

I am on ps4. I've seen this issue happening on streamers also on pc so it's all the platforrs
