Claudette head visual bug

The ‘Patrol Cap’ head cosmetic for Claudette is bugged. Whenever doing any objective such as gens or opening doors, the hat and hair fall down around her chin like a beard. Similar to what happens on the mobile platform all the time with head cosmetics for some reason. I’m on Xbox One.
