Invisible Wraith that can hit you on the Game map or Invisible Demo 2.0

I faced against Wraith with "Shadow dance-White" (green add-on, that increasing speed of breaking pallets, walls and gens while he is invisible) and "Serpent- Soot" (brown add-on, that uncloak the killer automatically after any break action if he's in the Spirit world) add-ons recently on the Game map.
After he broke the wall, he still be invisible and made a hit to me. He also had a red stain too.
It's definitely similar with the problem that we had previously with invisible Demo on the same map.
